Each grade is made from 100% pistachio with no added ingredients. The main differences are the type of pistachio kernel used, flavor intensity and the appearance they create in the finished product.

Yes. Natural oil separation can occur in 100% pistachio paste because no stabilizers or additives are used to prevent the oil and solid phases from separating.
Should pistachio paste be stirred before use?
Yes. Stir the paste thoroughly before use to bring the naturally separated oil and solids back together.
Can I request custom packaging?
Yes. Custom packaging is available for qualifying bulk orders, depending on the required quantity.
Can I request samples of more than one grade?
Yes. Multiple pistachio paste grades can be requested together for comparison. Samples up to 300g are free.
